I wish I knew. I'm glad I am not the only one wondering what's going on. I saw someone else mention it on Page 1 of this thread. So far reading through every page, I have not found an answer other than "the devs haven't told us anything yet". I have been wondering why it was disabled in the first place.

We do not have the answer as yet. Raul will post here when it is back. Since there have been problems with the new neighborhood contest then I am sure the return of farm cash sending has been delayed. Please be patient until Raul posts that it is back.
