Hi Jean,
There is a select group with that banner who are testing the upgraded version while they fix all the bugs in it. As soon as it is ready then it will be released to everyone. This is the update (not relase of new items) that they tried before but there were too many bugs still in it so they went to a smaller group to test as they fix those. That is the posts you see here for new version.
