If you run all items in the bank you will receive 223,160 profit per day, so 26 banks would give you 5,802,160 coins per day. Plus the profit on 1 bank per week is 1,562,120 per week, so 26 of them would make you 40,615,120 per week. Which if you take the profit of all 26 banks that you get a day 5,802,160 and multiply that by 7 for the week you get 40,615,120 which matches.
You don't have to wait for 7 days to fill the banks or to cash the items in, you can fill the banks any time before they run out of products to produce and you can sell them at the market each day if you want.
