I am guessing you mean on your own farm. As new as this is don't think we can answer that yet. However, I personally don't know that I would be setting anyone as up as Super neighbor unless I need them for vacations or times when I can't work my farm or hire from the market. Additionally I would be communicating with that neighbor for when I need them to work.

I was just wondering and was trying it out with a neighbor so when I am gone for a time or know that i can not get to something when they are ready they can do it for me. thank you Taz
