Not sure if tied to update but the last 3-4 days when I go to My Request and accept them all, refresh everything is all clear then all of a sudden some of the ones I have accepted show up again. Just today I have 3 that keeps coming back even when I hit ignore. Cleaned memcache and browser, shut browser and started again and it keeps happening.
