yes, its true, they are able to harvest the crops but only by using the single scythe, and some flowers and trees on peoples farms can only be harvested using this single scythe...the bigger tools are not able to...if you don't want people harvesting your crops, the only way out of this is to have all your flowers on one farm, with no crops growing...same for trees....or make sure the crop has not matured at the same time as the flowers...lol
