Never heard of milking a Buffalo.
I know there are ranchers here in Eastern Colorado that raise them for their meat. There is a company building a meat packing plant in a small town east of where I live that will process Buffalo. We have a number of huge dairy's that supply Lepernio with Cow's milk, that they make Mozzarella from. Having seen these critters (Buffalo) up close I'm just not sure they would stand for being milked.
