I've been thinking about doing this about crops I use a lot of, such as wheat, tomatoes and sugar.
Inadvertently I always have a lot of extra cheese even though I have far fewer cows than some players. For items such as this (ones that we have lots of from our own farms and/or working others' farms but don't need all we have), it sure would be nice to be able to sell partial amounts.
