it should be located in 'my documents/application data/macromedia' somewhere, you may have to perform a search for it. what that will do is make the game reload all your farm data from the server again, rather than from cached files, it might help

You can delete all of your macromedia files using this link:

Just click 'delete all sites' and confirm.
