I'm not sure either why one with and one without. you either believe or you don't but you can't believe in Mary and Joseph and not baby Jesus. I do believe so I have the one with! I'm sure someone out there has the answer to this though! Maybe they are waiting until Christmas Day to have the one with???? (makes sense in a way) A Catholic church where I live puts the Nativity up a little every day and we don't see Baby Jesus until we are coming home from Christmas Eve at my in-law's.
