I know the devs are working on a solution to the disappearing xp points. If there is a list we have to add our name to, to report the problem ... I am also losing xp points. They either don't make the trip back to my farm or they disappear after I return to my farm. This happens even when I stay on the farm that hired me until all the plowed fields play through.
