Problem loading

When I get hired by a farmer and I start heading to the farm it stops loading about halfway thru. It locks up and I have to reload the game. The game comes back but the next time I get hired it locks...

I cannot purchase farm cash. I used up all my farm cash for Quests and Farm Pass. My Farm Pass is still locked and I have these new facilities that won't work for the quests. This is a scam I believe.
