Start all button disabled

Hello I have a neighbor who's start all button is disabled, and also the facility manager only shows 13 buildings when there is a whole lot more not showing up.

He only has 3 neighbors, would...

I was talking to a ft member...The facility manager only shows facilities one of 23 farms and will not display the other ones.

Any suggestions?

cost of each level

I don't know anyone has noticed but the cost of going up a level is getting silly. Not only does it take 2.25million xp per level but its going up every 5-10 levels not every 25 levels.:mad:
