Actually I think it's (kinda) been admitted that it's a server(s) space issue probably brought about by the developers caving to the whims of the whiners by allowing people to have second farms...

I don't think the lost coin/Xp thing is more widespread at the moment. People seem to be getting proper credit, it's just that now it takes forever, and if you leave a farm before the server catches...

I think you're confused. The problem isn't/wasn't "others" being charged for a farm you plowed, it was YOU being charged (instead of being credited for) plowing the farm.
