Unhappy Harvesting problem

When I harvest crops or trees, the working bar is there and when it is finished, the crop is still there. Leave farm and return, it is done, shows harvested fields. But it is making harvesting...

How can the avatar be parked, so that when it is finished harvesting or plowing, you can catch it to hire for the next job. The way it is now when job is finished the avatar is still running around...
