My toolbar is horizontal and has no green arrow

Thanks Raul, I am eager to use the extended tool bar, but I do not find it anywhere. Is there something I need to do?

I click the exchange button, pick another gift, when it displays as the newly selected gift, I accept. When I go to my gift box the gift originally sent is what came over.
