Yes I can now move between my own farms, but not...

Yes I can now move between my own farms, but not any of my neighbours farms for SN work, the game simply gets stuck.

I have tried all the suggestions already. All other apps open and work fine.

When doing facilities "work both" is not working. It doesn't do the service facilities. It goes through the motions but doesn't actually do them

How to stop someone from coming to my farms

This person has been blocked by me, she is not a neighbour, friend, buddy or SN, yet still comes on and works my facilities. How do I stop this once and for all.

It doesn't seem to matter how much I fill the facilities or empty them or work on others facilities and farms the figures of 84% doesn't change, whereas before the update the percentage...

Items missing in storage

I had 92.8% storage this morning after I filled some of my facilities, when I checked on storage this afternoon it is now saying 84% and I have been working farms solid today and neighbours...
