I am pretty foggy on the export and import, do our retail sell more because I pretty much have enough factories to supply my retail stores, so I am really not understanding how this will help unless we can sell more?

The facility chains products are over and above the normal amounts you get from a facility or service. So yes you will be selling more.

Post-Release Updates - December 21st, 3:30PM


- Added a header to the Export screen showing the total amount of (Export) products available to export.
- Added a header to the Import screen showing the total amount of products available to import.
- When you close the Export or Import screens to go back to the Facility Chains Manager main screens, the scroll position is remembered.
- When your neighbours export products to you, that action will now appear at the bottom of the game along with the rest of your helpers.

Still Happy Happy Happy with the new stuff (and promise of another farm in a few weeks) so....... Blessed Yule Y'All. I figure as the export/import feature goes on, we'll have more information. Just remember when we didn't even have water features nor fish. Be Grateful. Now off to figure out how to reorganize my farms because yep I'm out of room yet again :::sigh:::: My own fault.

have been Exporting, have no idea what I am doing but its FUN, LOL

once we inport do we have to do anything with the import?

When you do the import then what you have imported goes from the staging area (where your neighbor exported them) into your regular storage and then you use those to fill the service.

Yeah I'm clueless as well but what a hoot :D I currently only have one friend I can import/export to/with but still fun.

I agree! This is funny - none of us are totally sure what we're doing but we LIKE it! ROTFLOL!!!!

One question I have about strategy: I've been bumping up my chain facs several times a day since I get more from them. But now I'm wondering if I keep them full all the time, does that mean people can't import to me? Is my staging area related in any way to how full my facilities are? What the heck IS our staging area and what's the best strategy for having the most room for imports and exports?

But yeah - loving this new toy. :)
