Hi There,

We just released a new update with the following features and bug fixes: En Español AQUI

1. Mothers Day and Memorial Day items released a few weeks ago.

2. New Farm 40 and the first 5 expansions:

New Farm (12x12) --- 37000000000 or 50 FarmCash
Upgrade Farm 14x14 - 37500000000 or 20 FarmCash
Upgrade Farm 16x16 - 38000000000 or 20 FarmCash
Upgrade Farm 18x18 - 38500000000 or 20 FarmCash
Upgrade Farm 20x20 - 39000000000 or 20 FarmCash
Upgrade Farm 22x22 - 39500000000 or 25 FarmCash

3. Trading Warehouse to trade products offline with farmers: Currently, the Trading Warehouse can only be used to sell Super Facility products offline to any farmer that have you as a neighbour. There is a new Trading Warehouse icon in the Tool Box (above the Super Facility icon) that will allow you to create Sell Offers for your Super Facility products. Any farmer that have you as a neighbour will be able to open your Trading Warehouse from the neighbour bar and fulfill your offers.

Neighbours with valid (non expired) Trade Offers will be marked in your Neighbour Bar with a beige dot to the right of their picture. There is also a new 'Order by Trade Offers' menu option to quickly access the Trading Warehouse of all your neighbours with valid Trade Offers.

All current rules of Super Facilities products apply, for example, you can only sell Super Facility products to a particular neighbour once per day, there is no limit on the amount of products you can sell and all your offers will expire at the end of the day and will have to be created again the next day.

Later this week we will add the capability to create another set of offers that can be fulfilled by farmers in the Trading Marketplace, this way you don't have to randomly sell products to any farmer, you can just announce that you have Super Facility products to sell and interested farmers can access the offers in your Trading Warehouse using an option in your avatar menu.

In the coming days we will continue to improve on this feature and in the next 1 or 2 releases we will add the capability to trade regular products which will have its own set of rules and benefits.

4. Added the Oil Pump to the list of possible Super Facilities.

5. Tree Shaker 36 x 36 (FC): This new Tree Shaker harvest up to 1296 trees in one click.

6. Flower Harvester 36 x 36 (FC): This new Flower Harvester harvest up to 1296 flowers in one click.

7. Black Pepper Crop: Used in the New Zealand Restaurant.

8. New Zealand Restaurant (FC): Produces New Zealand Food.

9. Taste of New Zealand (FC): Provides New Zealand Cultural Exchange and Food Tasting Services and can be stocked with products from the New Zealand Restaurant.

10. Lamp Factory (Coins): Produces Lamps.

- BugFix: Some users were experiencing errors when adding items to the Item Storage.

Post Release Updates - May 27th, 3:30PM

- Released the Trading Warehouse to trade products offline with farmers, see post above for more info.
- Renamed Swing to Toddler Swing in the Playground Gear Factory and renamed Ceiling Lamp to Ceiling Track Lighting in the Lamp Factory, this will avoid having duplicated facility product names.

Post Release Updates - June 2nd, 2:00PM

- BugFix: Added back the buying limit information to the top of the offer screen when selling products

Trading Warehouse updates:

a) After creating an offer to sell a Super Facility product X, if later on you sold the same product X directly to one of your neighbours in your neighbour bar, the original offer remained open even when there was no stock to back the offer

b) When creating offers sometimes the quantity in storage for Super Facility products was out of date

c) When creating an offer the markup you set is remembered when creating the next offer

d) When visiting other farmers Trading Warehouses, after buying a Super Facility product the beige dot in the neighbour bar for the seller neighbour will disappear

Post Release Updates - June 5th, 5:30PM

- 6 new Fathers Day items, 5 at the top of the Fathers Day category at the store and 1 at the bottom.

- Added the capability in the Trading Warehouse to create another set of offers that can be fulfilled by farmers in the Trading Marketplace, this way you don't have to randomly sell products to any farmer, you can just announce that you have Super Facility products to sell and interested farmers can access the sell offers in your Trading Warehouse using an option in your avatar menu.

Post Release Updates - June 6th, 2:15AM

- Previous week super facility offers will be removed automatically the next time you create a sell offer
- A seller can now see minutes in addition to the hours remaining for the next buying limit period to start
- Bugfix: Opening the Trading Warehouse of farmers at level 20 or less was showing an X025 error
- Bugfix: Farm Selector overlapping message icon for farmers with 8 or less farms

Post Release Updates - June 6th, 8:45PM

- Added a 'Show Trading Warehouse' option to your own avatar menu so you can check your Trading Warehouse everywhere, including at marketplaces. Alternatively, you can create a shortcut for the Trading Warehouse icon that you can also use when you are in the markets.

- Bugfix: The top button colors (brown and orange) at the Trading Warehouse were sometimes incorrectly displayed.

Post Release Updates - June 7th, 5:00PM

Our developer working on the Trading Warehouse feature is currently on vacation, we will continue improving this feature once he return 2-3 weeks from now. See below the list of pending improvements:

- Highlight farmers in the Trade Marketplace with offers available and from whom you haven't bought any products yet
- Show a quick notification when someone buy a product from your Trading Warehouse
- Show a visible counter somewhere of the number of open offers in your Trading Warehouse
- Show a picture of the farmer who bought a product from your Trading Warehouse

Known Issues:

The Lamp Shop & Factory seem to be a little confused regarding their ingredients. Factory should be loading more than 15 % or whatever it was?! Even though there will be two new items which are needed!

Have planted my Black Pepper and am eagerly waiting to harvest the crop! ;)

If you check the ingredients required for the lamp factory is the lamp socket which is also made in that same factory. So you will need to first make some of those before you can start the lamps themselves.

The parts to be manufactured are made from parts which need to be manufactured in the same facility? O.K. sounds a little off, the mark somehow!

Shouldn't parts be manufactured in the factory and then sent on to the next facility to be used?

It is not the first time they have done this where a part of something is made in the same factory or restaurant as the final products.

what are the new tools?

i) The Mayor will offer extra product rewards to those farmers that sell products to others, we think this extra benefit will encourage more farmers to trade with each other and will also add more value to the Farm Cash Business Clothes. wondering if this will apply to those of us who give away for FREE.....

Thanks for the new stuff, Raul & team! Now that we'll have black pepper you might want to revise some of your current recipes in existing facilities, LOL!

There's already a Ceiling Lamp in the Glass Factory. Now there's a Ceiling Lamp in the Lamp Factory, too ??? Might get confusing with the same name (different code).

Hooray, Hooray, Hooray - thanks so much for more goodies - COME ON SUPER OIL PUMPS - hopefully we can upgrade our current pumps so as not to loose pending productions. You ROCK!!!!

New bug! Can not add new tools, flower and tree harvester to storage.

Some users are having problems loading the game and trying to store the new tools.

We sent an email to the developers to let them know about these problems.

I also cannot get farm town to load even after trying several times and doing the usual trouble shooting suggestions. Glad to know it is not just me. Cannot wait to check out the new stuff lol.

Not the first time they've had 2 products with the same name (Swing used by Modern School and Swing used by Playground)
This does make it difficult for tracking with the spreadsheet I've created when there are duplicated names like this.

My husband can't store anything and I can't dispatch my train, he was able to dispatch his train and I can store stuff. He is on chat 7 and server w202, I am on chat 7 and server w204. I know you have contacted the developers, I'm just blowing off steam. Thank you for all you do.

Finally some bigger tools !!!! Hope more bigger tools coming soon , lol. I do wish you had let us know the mom day stuff was only going to be available for only 2 weeks instead of the normal month, did not get a chance to get what wanted :( thought had to the end of the month.

Really disappointed with the new flower harvester. I need to use 2 clicks to cover flowers on the edges whereas with the old one I didn't. Switching to highlight mode doesn't always help and makes it much more tedious. Wish I hadn't used up all that cash on it. In the future could we have the chance to try out a new tool before plunking down big cash for it????? Thanks for any attention. BTW all my farms are the maximum size. Still wishing we could try before we buy big cash items - like many I am on a fixed income. Still love the game because as a disabled individual I can happily pass many hours with it.

Love the new facilities, but where can I find the super oil pump?

There is no super oil pump. All that is stated is that the current oil pump could be one of the facilities that could be selected to become a Super Facility. If you do not know what the Super Facility feature is, please go to the Game Guide where you can find out about it: Chapter 13 Facilites

The oil pump is just a possibility to be picked for a Super Facility. It's not a super pump as such although if you get it for a super facility you will have more crude oil as long as you sell the products before you lose them at the end of the day.

Please clarify what you mean when you say "hopefully we can upgrade our current pumps so as not to loose pending productions"

You would only lose poending production from the oil pump (when it is not not a super facility) if you stored the pump for some reason, perhaps to move it.



Edit to Add: I took a look at your data and you are almost at maximum for the storage limit on your aluminium ore. I did not check to see what else was getting close or at the limit, you can do that for yourself.

You also have not sold your non-ingredients for quite a while so you could lose products due to reaching the overall limit as well. Please go to market and sell your non-ingredients and also look at what you have in products that are getting close to 200 million in amount and sell a portion of those. (Note: You can NOT have 200 million of every item in storage you will reach the overall limit for storage well before that. We can not give you specific amounts for that as it depends on various factors)

Hi dell466,

Please check your Item storage and make sure there is space in your Storage for the item. You will see Capacity and Usage top left of the Item Storage window.

If that is not the problem, there was a server issue earlier today. Please close the game wherever you have it open and then reload and see if you are still getting that problem. If you do, please let us know what it is you are trying to store.

I put a facility on the wrong farm and cannot put it in storage to place it on the correct farm. I have a ton of storage space so that is not the problem.

I'm sorry you are having this problem. We are aware that some users are having this issue and the developers have been notified that it is still ongoing. You will have to wait for them to find and fix the problem.
