I got a message saying there were 2 of the same facilities on my farm 15.56 User No. 1735312395. I deleted only 1 of those facilities (Taste of Vietnam) and when I refreshed the farm Ihad neither one of these facilities. BTW, I had bought only one facility to begin with.:( Please restore facility. Also, I have two FT farms, 1 under em5148, Password ( ) and the other under weedywazzbag123m Pasword ( ) which I was given when the original owner died. Now it won't let me use my em password. Please restore that also. Thanks for you help.

About your em5148 forum account, when you enter a wrong username or password you get a message asking you to Click here and follow the instructions.

Please do that and if you cant change the password, then add that problem to your ticket to Support.

missing pink crane
 

I just purchased a pink crane and added it to my storage but it's not there - checked my account and it shows the purchase - I cleared memcache and restarted farm with no luck
Ignore - changed preferences and found it - thank you

missing oil refinery yet again
 

fetched my oil refinery out of my storage to use then went to put it back in my storage and it said cannot put back in right now but then found out it dissappeared from my farm and not in storage

How many Oil Refineries did you have in Item storage before you tried to place it? We are seeing you still have one in your Item Storage. If you are not seeing that one, please reload the game and look in storage again and also check the farm you were placing it on to see if one is there.

If you had 2 in Item storage and you still don't see an oil refinery on the farm you originally placed it on you will need to contact the support team again.

the one in my storage is from 1 of my another farms,i leave 4 oil refiners in certain farms then leave the other another 1 in my store which i take out to do other farms, i had 5 in total which i have brought with my money in the past now i have 4. ty

disappearing gifting machine.....
 

......I just bought a blue gifting machine and put it on Farm 9 and then went to put it in storage and it disappeared......
