No Dans
 

Hi, I don't seem to be getting any dans from my new facilities. I buy the new facilities each time they come out and I fill my facilities up regularly throughout the day. I see other farmers achieving the dans and posting for the bonus. I can't remember the last time I achieved a dan and posted for a bonus. Thanks

Hi Vivienne57,

Ability to earn the Belts and Dans for newer facilities are never usually added at time they are released, the exception to that is any new product added to an older facility that has already had them released.

You will need to wait for the devs to release more of them. We are never told ahead of time exactly when that will happen but when they are released it's usually for quite a few of them.

If you wish, you could request that more are released in the Suggestions area of the forum.

playerlink error
 

When able to get bonus and can ask for more I get an error saying something about a playerlink error. I can not get bonuses. This happens 9 out of 10 times. Any fix or help would be appreciated. Thank you

Is this happening when you want to post your own bonuses or when you are clicking to send a bonus to other player?

In any case, please explain us the steps you follow.

Please be sure that your browser is up to date and also check that your computer system is updated.
After any update it is always better to restart your computer.

Also try another updated browser and see if you get the same error.

Bonus from new facilities
 

I am unable to get any bonuses from facilities and post them. I get an error message about a "playerloop". I am missing out on lots of bonuses. Please help. Thank you

When I answered your first post, I asked you to check updates for your browser and your operating system. Also, to try another updated browser to see if you got the same problem, did you do that?

We have tested and we did not have problems posting bonuses.

The error message, is showing up in your game screen or in the console below the game?

Is the error showing up when you get the pop up letting you know that you have bonuses or when you open the Belt manager or when you click in a bonus to post?

Hi, Im sorry I have not had a chance to respond. I never received your original reply. This morning was one of the rare occasions that it did work. I will check updates on the browser and then try another browser.

The error message shows up on the console. The error message shows up when I click on the bonus to post.
