I am talking about after you make the playing cards in the printing and packaging factory and when you open that factory and you go into the tab "What's Pending" and move your cursor over the playing cards that is done and it says "store", click on that to put the 10 playing cards that you made into storage and then go to the Casino and try putting the playing cards in the service facility.

Even when hovring mouse there is NO option to store anything. This is a flaw in game, I will just give up on it, and not get what even coins.

They are more concerned about other things than minor errors in the game.
To may people want more levels and farms.

Not sure if this has been posted, but I wish there would be at least 1 Quest for the people that don't have all the Facilities or Service Facilities or Semi Trucks. I haven't been able to complete a Quest in weeks. The first few Quests were simpiler.

It's not a flaw in the game. You need to follow kitt's instructions. They are correct.

Go to your 'printing and packaging' factory in your facility manager. Click on 'what's pending' then hover your mouse over the playing cards. A pop up will appear in that little box (dark blue with white wording). It will say 'Store'. Click on that.

Then go to your casino; go to the card box in top left hand corner and click on 'load batch'.

This will complete the card loading for your quest.

The quests come up at approximately 50% being done using farm cash facilities and services, and 50% using ones that cost only farm coins. So really it is easy to have the facilities and services bought with coin and then you will always be able to complete 50% of the quests.

There is also a wide mix of complexity to them. I have had quests with 15 aspects to them, and then right down to a couple with only two stages. I must admit to feeling a bit cheated with the simple two stage ones.

My Quests have been pretty random. I had a bad run when at the start but that run eventually broke. I've been able to complete most Quests.

I have a straighforward rule for Quests, that I will apply until such time as the promised FC rewards appear. If I have all the required facilities, I complete the Quest. If the Quest requires a Coin facility I don't have, I'll buy it - the reward will cover (most of) the cost of the facility. If the Quest requires a FarmCash facility I don't have, I'll ignore the Quest.

I'll reconsider this rule when the promised FC rewards appear. I expect the FC rewards will be paltry, but every green dollar helps.

They did not "Promise" FC. All they said was they might reward FC or ingredients. As stated in the January release "In the future the Mayor might occasionally award you 1 FarmCash and/or ingredients based on your performance in previous Quests"

Meh. Taz, in software development, mentioning a feature that "may" be added later is equivalent to promising it. It becomes a meme with the users. The developers will be held to task if the feature does not eventually appear in some recognisable form. Slashkey's virtue is that so far they haven't indulged in a lot of vapourware. What they (sorta) promise they (sorta) deliver.

Although, as in RL, everything takes longer and costs more.

Quests

Why aren't quests programmed for facilities owned by the user? I have had several quests that I could not complete because I didn't own a particular facility. If not programmable why not give partial credit? I just opened a new quest and it is for chess boards; I don't own a facility to make them. I have stopped spending my cash to purchase farm town merchandise.
