I got my 25 new levels but only 5 green dollars. Why?

I had a look at your data and you received your 25 farmcash.

Please click in Account tab above your game screen and then click in FarmCash Activity Log button. There, you will see all transactions in farmcash and the cash added due to level up.

just a heads up, and idk if its related tot eh new release or not... i have the "auto select tools" unchecked in my preferences, and when i go toa farm i sn for, its auto selecting anyway. i have run memcache a few times and reloaded farms, and its still happening.

The auto select tools option is for your farms. When you work as superneighbor or when you are hired at market or by a friend, tools are always given to you.
