The developers are still working on the Train Manager. Give them a little time to work the bugs out of it.

This Upgrade is a very useful one for sure. "- All Plowers and Multiplanters can now plant fields and plants at the edge of the farm even when the whole green square does not fit completely inside the farm. This will be useful when you upgrade your farms, you now can use a much bigger tool to plow/plant the edge of the farm you just expanded."
Thanks so very much for this upgrade. It will make the upgrades so much easier. Thanks again for this.

What/Where is the Facility Chains Manager?

The Facility Chains Manager is in the far left column in your toolbox, it looks like this:

Facility Chains were released October 2017.

You do need neighbors for this. Full details are in the Game Guide Chapter 33 - Facility Chains
