When you have a problem you can post it in Help & Support where there are several official threads for you to choose according to your problem. Also, when you post, you need to provide your user Id number, you find it at the botton of the game screen page.
Now about your problem, if you have set a farm as private your superneighbor shouldnt have access to it, so double check to be sure that farm is private, after you put the check mark to set it as private, dont forget to click in the green check mark to save changes. Other than that, you should talk to your superneighbor and let them know what the other person is doing in your farms. If they cant fix that problems, then you may think about deleting them as superneighbor.
