You need to keep it in storage. If you put it on a farm it will only work with those facilites on that farm.

What happens when you open a regular facility and click on "Store all"? It should send your products to storage for you.

If you are trying to use the "Store all" located at the top of the Facility manager, you need the upgraded Purple forklift.

I understand what a forklift does, what I am saying I bought it from the strore and I have it in storage, I put it on a farm its still doesnt work I paid 40.00 for it and it show on my account? please help me beth

The forklift allows you to use the store all button within the facility manager. Which one, depends on which forklift you have. Here's the link to the Game Guide which explains them>>
