Ok, i think i can help you out...
1. JUST try to use it when u go to ur yellow tool box and just select it fromthere, that is what i do.
2. maybe in ur storage u dont have "All Items" on sometimes it is locked on for example 'Buildings' then only ur buildings will show.
3. try to clean out ur history if u are using explorer, coz sometimes if it says 'Retry 1, 2, 3' then it doesnt load in, and u dont clean out ur history, if you left it on ur farm somewhere it wont appear ever.
